Rental Terms and Conditions
Services Fees apply if we are
not providing catering (food) for tables and chairs, tents, china and
other rentals. Rentals must be paid in full 2 months before event to guarantee event date. Supply costs are above, there are additional fees for set up.
Customer will be responsible for all missing/damaged supplies at the end of event. (Replacement cost)
***Additional fee of $250.00 (if driver can't pick up supplies on normal delivery/pickup hours after event. Delivery and Pickup times are Mon-Fri between 8a.m.-5 pm. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the facility you are renting to see if they have other events scheduled and can store supplies until pickup. Your pickup date is generally the next business day following event. There are additional fees for set up.
